1. Your basic needs are an afterthought. - You spend most of your days going and going and going until the work is done with no regard for your body or health in the process. Without alarm reminders to eat, use the restroom, or take a screen break you’d find yourself locked in focus at the desk from before the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same. And you have to work like this because the work is too important, and too impactful to put it off for something as trivial as bodily needs.

They have to constantly remind you to unplug for major events or worse, they’ve stopped inviting you all together.

4. Your speed is dwindling. - Things that used to take you 10 minutes now take you two hours to complete. You find yourself more easily distracted and because of this it is taking you an exorbitant amount of time to work through your daily task list.

You’re turning down awesome aligned opportunities. - You are saying no to new opportunities that arise even if they are a perfect fit for your mission or message because you would rather not participate at all than give a half baked attempt. You hold yourself back from seeking new opportunities for growth because you don't want to take on something that will push you over your limits. 

6. Work is sucking the life out of you. - You find yourself being short-tempered, crass, and irritable throughout the workday and beyond because you're just not having fun anymore.

7. Your money dictates your impact. - You have to ask your money for permission to live out your assignment. Your bank account is not full enough to provide total support for the mission you have in your heart.
